”I am not where I think I should be in my career. and I have no idea how to get there.”
“I am feeling burned out and drained.”
“I have fear and don’t know what to do about it.”
“My business is not moving as quickly as it should, but I can’t figure out what to do. “
If that’s you, you would likely benefit from a coach.
According to the acclaimed coach Dr. Julie Gurner, most people, even very successful ones, don’t know how to become the person they know they could be.
A good coach will push you to look at your challenges and unlock your ever-elusive peak performance.
I can’t underestimate the power of coaching in my life. Every time I have tried it, it works. Why? It propels me forward and forces me to look into what I have been afraid to address in my life. Once those internal conflicts are cleared, new energy is unlocked to be used to achieve my goals.
What does a coach do anyway? In coaching, the decisions and insights come from inside of you. Therefore a good coach is someone that can unlock, guide and facilitate your ability to listen to what already is inside of you.
This coaching issue compiles a list of executive, startup, and performance coaches. The next issue will include spiritual coaches that mix principles of mindfulness and spirituality with business.

This is an awesome resource -- thank you for curating it for us all to benefit from!
I was introduced to coaching in 2014, when I joined a very progressive, ambitious startup called Keen IO. We had a number of coaches on staff who provided coaching to their coworkers. This was consistently named by employees as the #1 perk of working there. For me personally, it was life-shifting; I've leveraged coaching and therapy in all parts of my life in the almost 10 years since discovering the potential value and benefits of coaching.
I'll submit some specific names for you to include in the post.
Wow! Thanks for sharing Andrea.
