It has been an exciting few months for my team and me. We have been working hard to launch our new program to scale and optimize the way we continue to increase diversity in the tech space.

Through experience with some of our early cohorts, we've learned that in addition to candidates meeting soft and hard skill requirements, the key to successful recruitment for companies is having a seamless and inclusive interview process. We're very excited to have accomplished this and even more thrilled to help many more companies hire more efficiently and fairly.
